The CalPatty Press broke the story about the latest misconduct by Gerald B Hough Gilmer County Prosecutor involving the Crooked County Circuit Court Case of the Lone Meth Ranger!
The CalPatty Press has published documents that show that HOUGH actually tried to hire Richards attorney, so that the attorney would have a conflict and not be able to represent John Manis Richards aka The Lone Meth Ranger!
Documents also show that Hough conspired with Gilmer County Circuit Court Clerk David Lame Smith to commit a crime by suppressing evidence!
The court documents show that the transcript tapes prove Glenville Police Chief John Moss lied (testi-lied!)during the preliminary hearing( which are always held to see if there is enough evidence to have the case bound over to circuit court) Gilmer County is known to lie their little asses off at this stage of court proceedings. This case was no different!
You see this is how Gilmer County does it!
It is all about the misconduct in the lower court that happens right from the start gun! Then you can be held up in Supreme Court trying to exhaust grounds of misconduct and some of the misconduct is not allowed because it was found out about too late. It will be two more years and hundreds of thousands of tax payer dollars all over again for a couple of dishonest losers like HOUGH and LAME SMITH that are going to lie and cheat and win at any cost. Even the cost of Justice! Which by the way they could care less about.
This time Hough broke the law! He had LAME SMITH HIDE THE TAPES that show that states witnesses are all guilty of testilying!
Now because they destroyed (they say lost) the evidence and are suppressing it on purpose, they feel it will cover up their crime.
Hough by the very documents presented in the Cal Patty Press article mentions that Richards attorney should have taken notes besides the tapes at the hearing….
WELL HOUGH DESTROYED THE NOTES by having Richards attorneys’ office burned down!
As you can see by the burned out shot above Hough covered his bases!
Hough tried to cover his ass, but the evidence is starting to mount against him and Justice Starcher will hopefully be able to see that Hough is indeed dishonest and as far as we are concerned here at the mighty CCC…Hough is a criminal!

… and it certainly wasn’t hard to catch them since they pull the same illegal shit with anyone that is from out of town or that they don’t like. Hough is criminal and so is David LAME Smith along with Facemire and all the gang of people that think we are all too stupid to ever catch them at their crimes.
WOW, I go out of town for a day and half and things sure heat up. I must say that information on these blogs regarding corrupt public officials seems to be factual.
Wait a minute, did I say seems?
Yes, there is most certainly a problem, and it is time for the good honest officials to stand up and restore confidence and integrity in a system that is in a downward spiral.
After reading the documents provided by the CalPatty Press, it is quite clear where HOUGH is taking this case. The part that is humorous was the reference to the alumni from law school! Ha ha ha ha
Probably it was some 15 year old that did a google ripper and got three pages of misconduct, or otherwise known as crooked shit straight from Crooked County other than a law school associate. Hough is so obviously full of shit and truly deserves to have his kibbutz kicked half way back to the kibbutz in Israel.
One can only hope for some sort of reckless, sordid, special event(like a unknown animal jumps in front of a strange vehicle late at night ) that truly would make everyone’s day brighter from now on, but I am sure we will have to watch while a few more lives are ruined, before that happens.
Or, until a man, or some nemesis that is affiliated…. gets fed up and says…fuck it!

This CCC article clearly shows a photo of Johnny Richards attorney’s office being burned down.
But please note that the lawyer, that was defense counsel for the “Travesty of Justice” case had his office burned down too!
This is not made up! This is mother fucking fact so people should start to listen to what we are saying about these very dangerous individuals like Gerald B Hough!

Good grief, talk about the appearance of Impropriety on the part of Gerry B. Hough. Gerry Hough must be removed as prosecutor in the Richards case.
It is the talk of the town that Hough is trying to save Glenville Police Chief, John Moss and his own butt due to their misconduct in the case. Citizens know, it is not the first time Hough has been involved with fabricating or misrepresenting evidence.
Public attitude around Glenville indicates no trust for Gilmer County Prosecutor, Gerry Hough. This non trust flows over into a several county area.
Missing Preliminary Hearing Tapes
In a recent court document Gerald Hough speaks of the defendant using his attorney’s written notes to impeach the testimony of Chief Moss and is therefore not prejudiced by the loss of the taped recording of the preliminary hearing.
The whole thing is, if defense attorney had the preliminary hearing tapes Glenville Police Chief, John W. Moss would without a doubt, successfully be impeached… Yes, proven to be a Liar… a fake, pretender, impostor, phony and %#@$ et cetera.
There is a much darker picture here then the preliminary hearing tapes just accidently being lost… if you turn the picture over there seems to be indications of facts and circumstantial evidence that Hough may have, not only devised a plan to remove the Tapes from the Circuit Court File, but there also seems to be strong circumstantial evidence that Hough may have also caused Kevin Hughart’s Law Office to burn down eliminating Mr. Hughart’s personal notes of the preliminary Hearing as well.
If you have ever studied Hough’s cases you will find that OFTEN Gerald B Hough will use a known criminal and a person known by the court to be a criminal as a state witness against a defendant. Who is to say he does not actually use these same people to commit crimes like having an opposing attorney’s office burned down, especially if there was a good reason to do it as in this case.
In the case of the LONE METH RANGER it was anticipated that HOUGH would make the incriminating tapes just go away. Hough used LAME SMITH to commit that crime, since SMITH was the go to guy to lose or suppress evidence contrary to the states case.
The dirty rotten son’s of bitches from Gilmer County are about as Crooked as they come.
It is pretty sad when criminal behavior of a county prosecutor can be predicted with a such high degree of accuracy.
Information uncovered during the federal investigation of GERRY HOUGH lately has uncovered that he paid a known lesbian by the name of Roanna Rafferty from Cocoa Beach FLA $700 to lie on the stand during the “Travesty’ case”about how much property she owned in West Virginia. Rafferty said she owned 1/6 of an estate on the border of Calhoun County, but really she only owned 1/72. HOUGH fully knew Rafferty’s testimony was incorrect, but purposely misled the jury aided by direct help of JUDGE RICHARD A FACEMIRE according to the court record. Also, Roanna Rafferty received $1000 payment involving tax funds or funds from timber for taxes, but denied receiving the funds on the stand. Receipts were produced, therefore the lesbians testimony was impeached on the stand. Circuit Court Clerk David LAME Smith was asked to produce these exhibits of the defense for Federal Court, but has not produced them…do you think it is on purpose? The Crooked County Crooks are all getting caught, but it took a federal jurisdiction to bring it about.
