DIRTY DOZEN from Gilmer County cost taxpayers 1/2 a million! Verdict could be tossed!

After a Friday afternoon meeting of concerned individuals; facts revealed that there is a possibility that the Gilmer County jurors in the Travesty case may have their verdict tossed out!

FACTS of jury tampering and illegal activities by GERALD B HOUGH have surfaced and all of the details have been compiled to deliver to the proper authorities for possible law action.

A question was asked about the cost of the Travesty case that has been in WV courts since 2003 and has garnered the support of Justice Albright and Justice Starcher who seem to agree that the dirty dozen, from Gilmer County convicted an innocent man. Or at least they both feel the case should have never been brought–and that at the most the situation was a civil matter.

During jury deliberations GERRY HOUGH was in and out of the jury room  which certainly raised some eye brows at the Friday meeting.

During deliberations? … isn’t that cheating!

Calhoun County ATTORNEY F JOHN OSHOWAY was the defense counsel on the case and has been the subject of much criticism from the consultants currently working on the case.

Some of the best and most astute attorneys worked on this case after Oshoway bungled it completely.

In fact Justice Albright was concerned that Oshoway did not provide an adequate defense and stated so during his published opinion delivered to the West Virginia Supreme Court.

We heard that the proper attorney to bring law action against Calhoun County resident F John Oshoway has been shopped for seven months.

An attorney now may have been found to bring action against Oshoway and several Calhoun County residents that are accused of witness perjury during the proceedings of the Travesty Case which was heard in Gilmer County Circuit Court all of 2004 and all of 2005. The three felony charges were defeated at trial. The defendant was found guilty of a time barred misdemeanor that was manipulated into a lessor included offense.

….meaning that if the defendant was arrested on the ACTUAL charge that he was convicted of –the charge would have been time barred (statute of limitations) which means there could have been no arrest.

How HOUGH convicted an innocent man was that he over charged a blown out of proportion situation to a FELONY level.

Hough did that by lying about the value of used farm equipment. He said the Brush hog below with a broken drive and rusted parts THAT DID NOT WORK along with a boom pole and potato plow attachment was worth $2500. He stated this as fact to a Grand Jury and a trial jury, but never showed the jury the actual equipment. Hough had a man extradited over the false value. The real value according to Certified Appraiser of Lemon Equipment listed all at 390.00 in scrap metal, that is testimony on tape to be brought against Gilmer County and Hough in Civil Law Action pending.

How pathetic!  This criminal intent by Hough will most likely be following him around for years to come.

Complaints were made about Houghs illegal and uncouth activity, but the Lawyer disciplinary board said the complaints made against Hough were time barred!

How mother fucking ironic!

That’s right the Lawyer disciplinary board did not disagree that Hough committed an act to have his ticket pulled or some other punishment. They simply stated that time of the infraction was time barred.

Well since the case was in circuit court  in  03 04 05 and 06 then WV Supreme Court in 06 and 07 and now in Federal court in 08 and 09–then the disciplinary board said too much time had gone by to file an official complaint against HOUGH for lying to a grand jury and a trial jury.

The problem with THE JUDICIAL HELL HOLE here in WV truly starts in the lower courts.

Much has been learned about the Modus operandi of the misconduct of public officials.

When you have Crooked Court Clerks like Lame Smith that work hand in hand with crooked Judges like Facemire and down right pieces of shit like Gerald B Hough–then certainly a problem exists.

When you have seen the Crooks from Crooked County that live next to the Crooked River in action, then you know better how to fight them in court.

All of the misconduct revealed about the A team players in Crooked County has been shared–and that is why Johnny Richards asked that HOUGH and FACEMIRE be recused from his case.

I am sure both bastards have denied any wrongdoing, but it can be proved in a court of law that they both certainly stooped to the lowest levels of hell and Houghs favorite home of Dantes Inferno!

We ask a federal attorney about how much the Travesty case has cost local tax payers and the answer was “…at least a half-a-million dollars!”

Well we at the CPP have to take issue with the fact that another Moss, JOHN MOSS illegally shut down the timber operation that was legitimate and deemed so, by a court of law–but brought an illegal arrest and extradition anyway!

Not only did Glenville police Chief John Moss shut down the operation illegally, but the 4 loads of Timber on the ground were stolen shortly after and the defendant never recouped the loss of about $4,000 dollars.

The city of GLENVILLE  had no fucking business shutting the operation down, let alone stealing the four loads of timber on the ground! The operation was legal, but they just went on someone’s word without checking the deeds and titles at the courthouse, because that is how they do it in Crooked County!

MOSS is accused of perjury in the Richards case. I think we helped on that one. We found out the dude was crooked as hell from pouring through the files of the Travesty case and shared the information.

We figure MOSS is responsible for the missing timber and collection of the cash value.

So GOLDIE Jarvis from Normantown played ball with the crooks right from the sound of the start gun.

Then we have another member of the dirty dozen PEGGY MOORE who owns the Common Place Restaurant home to all the Crooks from Crooked County. Her son worked for Central Regional Jail as a Corrections officer!  This juror should have dismissed from the get-go! In fact that matter was at issue in the WV Supreme Court.

Oshoway as defense counsel should have immediately struck this juror from the list. Should have been his first strike, but obviously Oshoway was absent that day of Law 101.

Betty Anderson many may know from Glenville elementary and a Mountaineer parent is another member of the dirty dozen– so when you see her and you realize other public concerns are not met, because the big bucks were blown out the ass of Crooked County…just say thanks…BITCH!

Lets not forget about Catherine Skeen or Freddie Lowther of Flying Plastics PVC another member of the dirty dozen--and his gay pal Christopher Moyers…both were practically holding hands through two days of a courtroom circus according to eye witness accounts!

Don’t forget about RUTH HODGE of Stumptown! She believed the lies Hough told the jury at the closing argument!  Even though Hough misled the jury with facts that were not previously mentioned in the courtroom before closing arguments.

The conduct in the lower courts is beyond atrocious and with no talents like Oshoway and Crooked Judges like Facemire it just goes on and on!!

Courtney Schoolcraft Dirty Dozen Juror!

Courtney was related to  Pamela Furr who works in the tax department of the sheriffs office.

We see Courtney as a juror with a conflict and she should have been struck.

We take special issue with this fact since MICHELLE DAWN ROSE who also worked in the tax department and stole 12,500 dollars from out of state tax payers and snorted up all the money.

Of course Michelle saw no jail time because she was the niece of the former Sheriff Gary Rose and a personal friend of Gerald B Hough. We saw from the Bandy case that Hough does not prosecute his friends.

NOW THAT IS SOME CROOKED SHIT!

It is believed by professional investigators that Michele Dawn Rose took the tax receipts from the defendants family that forced them to timber the property to pay the taxes plus 2,000 in fines.

So they steal your tax money in Gilmer County, then fine you, then try to take your land and auction it, then when you timber the property to pay for the taxes you already paid for they arrest you and that is what happened in the Travesty case.

BAD COP Shane Dellinger was sentenced by Judge Richard Facemire on multiple felony counts of falsifying time slips related to services being provided by a government DUI grant.

Those falsified entries allegedly resulted in the officer getting paid for hours that he did not actually work. A double dip bitch from fraud.

He will spend 60 days in Central Regional Jail and two years on home confinement. He was also given five years probation and ordered to make restitution, assigned to community service and required to take drug and alcohol testing.

Dellinger was reportedly under investigation by the State Police in Calhoun County related to allegedly taking money from a concealed weapons class he gave in the community.

The outcome of that investigation has never been made public.

It took almost a fucking year to sentence Dellinger after being found guilty?!
