BLAST FROM THE PAST! Freedom Article from the Lone Meth Ranger!

The Lone Meth Ranger Newsletter Staff believe the Internet should be a force for political freedom, not repression. People have the right to seek and receive information and to express their peaceful beliefs online without fear or interference.

The Lone Meth Ranger Newsletter Staff call on all Internet Bloggers to demand that the government stop the unwarranted restriction of freedom of expression on the Internet – and on companies to stop helping them do it.

As some of you may know by now, www.journalscape.com/CrookedCountyCrooks has been removed from JournalScape. Apparently the owner of JournalScape was receiving to many complaints about the CrookedCountyCrooks Website.

THREE YEARS LATER  the CROOKS REALLY WERE CROOKED like Tim Butcher (Glenville City Attorney)depicted in the cartoon above took thousands of dollars from a mentally challenged elderly person, taking 38,000 from the estate just in the last few days he had control of the estate. Now a forensic accountant has found irregularities of the accounting and noticed all interest payments were TWO YEARS late. Butcher received protection from the local sheriff when this activity was reported. The matter is now being brought to the attention of federal authorities.

During the several months the CrookedCountyCrooks (CCC) Website was running, light was cast on different sorts of corruption in and around a small town in West Virginia. The small town was Glenville, Gilmer County. Without a doubt, the CCC sure stirred a fuss; yes ruffled a lot of feathers. The Newsletter Staff here at the Meth Ranger read the CCC site as it was entertaining, informative and filled with facts.

The reporters/staff for the CCC, Lisa Wexler, Editor Edison and one other anonymous member of the SS are indeed an original class act of individuals.

Although the CCC staff hasn’t weeded out all of the Crooked County Crooks yet! The CCC using the World Wide Web has pipe lined a lot of light into Glenville, and directed that light on corrupt individuals such as a lawyer who was stealing money from a dead persons estate, various forms of bad cops, judges and a “JUST OK” prosecutor. You can bet these were the corrupt group of individuals complaining to the owner of JournalScape to take the CCC site down. Well, of course there was also “Hot Potty Toddy”

Meth Ranger Staff feel somewhat sorry for the corrupt individuals who now have the light shining on them… now we are all going to be watching you. Yes, thanks to the efforts of CCC Staff, the cats out of the bag.

Oh, I almost forgot, the CCC is continuing their fight against corruption in crooked county near the crooked river.

Paste the new web address into your web browser… once the site comes up, don’t forget to save it to your favorites.

*****(special note from CCC Editor)*******

One of the biggest reasons for the sudden return was because of a recent press interview in which a comparison was made between the self important Mike Nifong(duke rape case) and Judge Facemire and Gerry Hough in reference to a high profile case soon to be before the WV Supreme court. Critics of the district attorney have requested that Nifong be investigated. Ethics complaints have been filed against him for “conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.

Wonderful blast from the past…and yes the “Travesty” case went to WV Supreme court and won the first two rounds 3 to 2 but Justice Benjamin changed his vote on the final argument to 3 to 2 sending the case to the federal courts. Many feel that Justice Benjamin’s vote was political since the court was split over the Massey coal case and if had not changed his vote the hammer would have immediately come down on Judge Richard A. Facemire Facemire would have had three cases reversed in a very short amount of time; an indication that he should be removed from the bench for his misconduct. Also Gerry Hough would have been put in the spot light for his misconduct, but now that the case in question is in a high federal court and more grounds of misconduct have been brought to the attention of federal authorities ! Now, after six years of fighting in the highest courts the awful truth is being revealed to the public via the court record.

The United States Supreme Court castigated Justice Benjamin recently for taking over 3 million from Massey Coal CEO Don Blankenship and then casting the deciding vote in Massey coals favor saving them over 70 million in a law suit.

The national news of this misconduct of Justice Benjamin and his partner in crime Justice Maynard proved to the world that the West Virginia Judicial System is the most corrupt in all of the United States, from the small County of Gilmer County all the way to the Governors mansion.

Now, to make matters worse, we all have to put up with Tampon Tashua the Mayor of Glenville sworn in today June 30th 2009 , just another schooled puppet of the evil and crooked elite.

STATE POLICE WILL NOT RELEASE MOTIVE IN FLANAGAN MURDERS – Official Cause Of Death Learned

    (07/01/2009)
    By Bob Weaver

State Police have yet to make public a motive for the gunshot deaths of a Calhoun couple on Easter Sunday.

Lead investigator Trooper Fred Hammack did not respond to public information requests regarding the agencies consensus regarding what the motive could be in the slaying of Julie and Mike Flanagan on Sycamore Creek.

Hammack also denied a request to confirm if a motive is still unclear, or whether there are any new leads in the investigation.

Motives are generally given by police agencies, considering such information is often essential to relieve or raise public concerns regarding the murderer, or the information could be helpful in catching the perpetrators.

Shortly after the murders on Sycamore Creek, State Police told WTAP-TV “Right now the motive behind their murders is still unclear.”

The Herald interviewed neighbors near the murder scene on Sycamore Creek, with several saying state policemen gave them a motive for the crime.

Julie and Mike Flanagan, both 52, were brutally killed up-close by gunshots, reportedly sitting in chairs.

The Herald did learn the official cause of death.

Mike Flanagan died of “multiple shotgun wounds to the head and upper limbs.”

Julie Flanagan also died of “shotgun wounds to the head and right upper limbs.”

Officer Hammack and other State Police officers arrested former Calhoun resident John Cash in Mississippi on drug charges, returning him to Calhoun. See Cash “No Longer Suspect” In Flanagan Homicides

Cash’s arrest, according to the State Police criminal complaint, had linked him to being a suspect in the murders.

Trooper Hammack apparently obtained statements from several Calhoun and Roane residents who allegedly purchased drugs from Cash, the individuals likely agreeing to testify against Cash.

Hammack said in the criminal complaint against Cash, he was arrested on the drug charges as a result of a statement made (about the murders) by an unidentified person during the police’s murder investigation.

Cash passed a lie detector test in Mississippi indicating his innocence.

Public information regarding the murders from the State Police in Calhoun has been scarce to the Calhoun Chronicle or the Hur Herald, with officers preferring to talk to state media.

State Police have yet to make a public pleas to county residents for assistance to help solve the crime.
