The CalPatty Press had the Bandy Case all figured out LONG before it’s final day in court November 13th 2008. Those facts were evident by their April 2007  article!

18 months before it all went down the CalPatty Press reporters reported the FIX was IN!   …And they were right!

Members of the SS were in Court just after NINE am which was a cold rainy November 13th a year earlier in 2007. Members of the  SS were there to watch Gerald B Hough commit an act so evil, as for the matter to go down in West Virginia Circuit Court history!

Behind closed doors Gerald B Hough convinced the judge to approve and give a ruling on the little used  ploy known as a diversion.

The judge at first said NO!       “Public interest is at the heart of the matter!”

Here is how the matter was reported in 2007 by Bob Weaver of the Hur Herald!

The former Chief Deputy has been indicted on seven or eight felony charges related to property allegedly taken from an elderly Calhoun couple’s house.

Tuesday’s hearing, according to court records, had been “entered with the consent and approval of defense counsel and the defendant.”

Grantsville resident April McCroskey, who was indicted with Deputy Bandy, will have a pre-trial hearing today at 1 p.m., represented by Parkersburg attorney George Cosenza.

Judge Evans denied a request by special prosecutor Gerald Hough to “divert” Bandy’s case, which would essentially mean the case would be dropped. Judge Evans expressed considerable discontent with the motion.

Special Prosecutor  Hough of Gilmer County, during an earlier hearing, told Judge Evans there are problems with the case, indicating State Police Cpl. Doug Starcher had yet to provide transcripts of witness testimony, also saying there were problems with the chain of custody of evidence and that some of the evidence was sold.

Hough did not expand on the list of reasons during the hearing.

Hough and Bandy’s attorney John R. Teare had agreed to the diversion, but Judge Evans indicated he wanted the case to go to trial.

Evans, expressing concern that prosecutor Hough was not moving the case forward, questioned whose responsibly it is for deciding about a pre-trial diversion.

The judge said he was concerned about the public’s interest, that both indicted individuals were government representatives, one a deputy and the other an Adult Protective Worker for DHHR.

Special Prosecutor Hough was earlier assigned to investigate alleged problems with Cpl. Doug Starcher related to the officer testifying the State Police had drug evidence against a Calhoun woman, when they did not.

The case never moved forward.

Gerald Hough was acting like a defense counsel and not a prosecutor and it was even obvious to the judge. We have to ask how the WVSC and Big Joe the Governor could just stand by and watch while Hough and the Calhoun County Circuit Court made a joke out of the West Virginia Justice system.

Well somehow between April 3rd of 2007 and November 13th of the same year, somebody, somewhere, got to the judge and a complete reversal of the judges former opinion took place!

I guess the judge decided to say, ” Fuck the public they don’t matter at all,” because his concern for the public wanting a bad cop to pay for a crime just didn’t matter anymore.

A diversion means that if the missing evidence does not show up within a year the case is dismissed.

HOUGH had his go to CROOK–State Trooper Doug Starcher lose the evidence against Deputy Bandy. Starcher was in charge of the evidence and then one day it could not be found–also Starcher had been up on two perjury charges from getting caught lying in court. Hough dismissed the charges against Starcher if he kept to his job of making sure the evidence against Bandy never made it into the court room.

I ask you WHO are the real CRIMINALS?!

Gerald B Hough and Doug Starcher both proved themselves criminals in regard to the Bandy case and it is all a matter of court record. You can look it all up yourself!

How blatant in your face is that?   Those TWO CROOKS more or less took a shit right on our front porch with that action, and I guess it was OK with everyone, because NOBODY did shit about it. Law offices in West Virginia were outraged at the procedure and behavior of the court. Law offices in other states laughed and said, “That’s West Virginia for ya! Crooked as hell and always has been!”

At first the Calhoun County Special prosecutor Gerry Hough wanted to blame everything on APRIL McCroskey, in this high profile criminal case involving two people charged with seven felonies and a misdemeanor, who were employed in trusted public positions in Calhoun County.

Hough stated in court that, “McCroskey conspired with Bandy for treasure,” indicating it was for her, “personal gain,” showing clear INTENT which is a key element in any theft case.

Hough wanted to take his vengeance out on APRIL talking about her like a dog! And is willing to just make it all go away for former Chief Deputy Ron Bandy. How many times do we have to watch this vicious and manipulated bullshit from Gerry Hough?

Vengeance [is] mine… saith the Lord. The Lord claims it as his prerogative to avenge what needs to be avenged.

When we do it, we trample on the divine rights!

Since men became enemies to God, they have been very ready to be enemies one to another. And those that embrace religion, must expect to meet with enemies in a world whose smiles seldom agree with Christ’s. Recompense to no man evil for evil. That is a brutish recompense, befitting only animals, which are not conscious of any being above them, or of any existence hereafter.
