Gilmer County finally busted some people for dope. Gilmer County has been the safest place for dope dealers and people professionally in the drug business to live and keep large caches of drugs for distribution, thanks to Gerry Hough– CROOKED COUNTY PROSECUTOR and Tim Butcher– Glenville City Attorney, the man behind the city cops.

Many think it is because some of the local public officials along with the police have been getting paid off, but today some people from Gilmer County went down.

State Police in Gilmer County arrested 12 people total after a surprise drug bust today.

One of those arrested, Candace Ramsey, 25, of Glenville, was arrested on a non-drug-related offense, according to Sergeant Michael Baylous, in a press release from the WV State Police.

The drug charges range from selling cocaine and pot to an undercover buyer, to manufacturing methamphetamine!

Bad dope and hard drugs is allowed in the little town of Glenville while public officials spend more than $500,000.00 and years in court to convict an innocent man on a misdemeanor about a dispute over rusted farm equipment that sat unused on the family farm since 1980!

Now you know what kind of criminal activity takes place that nothing is ever done about because the Crooks from Crooked County that live next to the Crooked River have their own agenda, and that agenda is all about putting money in their pockets any way they can and NOT doing their jobs.

If it was not for outside agencies coming to town all of these people would still be in business. The local Glenville Police  and County Sheriff only arrest or abuse people for mostly political reasons and personal grudges, along with civil disputes that have no business being in a criminal court.

The CalPatty Press had the Bandy Case all figured out LONG before it’s final day in court November 13th 2008. Those facts were evident by their April 2007  article!

Members of the SS were in Court just after NINE am which was a cold rainy November 13th a year earlier in 2007. Members of the  SS were there to watch Gerald B Hough commit an act so evil, as for the matter to go down in West Virginia Circuit Court history!

Behind closed doors Gerald B Hough convinced the judge to approve and give a ruling on the little used  ploy known as a diversion.

The judge at first said NO!       “Public interest is at the heart of the matter!”

Here is how the matter was reported in 2007 by Bob Weaver of the Hur Herald!

The former Chief Deputy has been indicted on seven or eight felony charges related to property allegedly taken from an elderly Calhoun couple’s house.

Tuesday’s hearing, according to court records, had been “entered with the consent and approval of defense counsel and the defendant.”

Grantsville resident April McCroskey, who was indicted with Deputy Bandy, will have a pre-trial hearing today at 1 p.m., represented by Parkersburg attorney George Cosenza.

Judge Evans denied a request by special prosecutor Gerald Hough to “divert” Bandy’s case, which would essentially mean the case would be dropped. Judge Evans expressed considerable discontent with the motion.

Special Prosecutor  Hough of Gilmer County, during an earlier hearing, told Judge Evans there are problems with the case, indicating State Police Cpl. Doug Starcher had yet to provide transcripts of witness testimony, also saying there were problems with the chain of custody of evidence and that some of the evidence was sold.

Hough did not expand on the list of reasons during the hearing.

Hough and Bandy’s attorney John R. Teare had agreed to the diversion, but Judge Evans indicated he wanted the case to go to trial.

Evans, expressing concern that prosecutor Hough was not moving the case forward, questioned whose responsibly it is for deciding about a pre-trial diversion.

The judge said he was concerned about the public’s interest, that both indicted individuals were government representatives, one a deputy and the other an Adult Protective Worker for DHHR.

Special Prosecutor Hough was earlier assigned to investigate alleged problems with Cpl. Doug Starcher related to the officer testifying the State Police had drug evidence against a Calhoun woman, when they did not.

The case never moved forward.

Gerald Hough was acting like a defense counsel and not a prosecutor and it was even obvious to the judge. We have to ask how the WVSC and Big Joe the Governor could just stand by and watch while Hough and the Calhoun County Circuit Court made a joke out of the West Virginia Justice system.

Why not? Recently the Supreme Court unanimously ruled a well-known Crooked County Judge Richard A. Facemire acted as a prosecutor, and asked 18o questions to witnesses during a high-profile criminal case, which is unheard of in legal history! Guess they’re getting kind of used to making their own rules up that Crooked River.

So…. we have a Crooked County Prosecutor acting as a defense counsel and a Crooked County Judge acting as a prosecutor and they both get caught at it…and we the people have made them pay no price for it!

If it was us fuck!  We would be eating processed turkey six days until Sunday and until our lives had been completely destroyed by not being about to pay our creditors and being fired from  our jobs for being in jail etc etc etc.

Well somehow between April 3rd of 2007 and November 13th of the same year, somebody, somewhere, got to the judge and a complete reversal of the judges former opinion took place!

I guess the judge decided to say, ” Fuck the public they don’t matter at all,” because his concern for the public wanting a bad cop to pay for a crime just didn’t matter anymore.

A diversion means that if the missing evidence does not show up within a year the case is dismissed.

HOUGH had his go to CROOK–State Trooper Doug Starcher lose the evidence against Deputy Bandy. Starcher was in charge of the evidence and then one day it could not be found–also Starcher had been up on two perjury charges from getting caught lying in court. Hough dismissed the charges against Starcher if he kept to his job of making sure the evidence against Bandy never made it into the court room.

I ask you WHO are the real CRIMINALS?!

Gerald B Hough and Doug Starcher both proved themselves criminals in regard to the Bandy case and it is all a matter of court record. You can look it all up yourself!

How blatant in your face is that?   Those TWO CROOKS more or less took a shit right on our front porch with that action, and I guess it was OK with everyone, because NOBODY did shit about it. Law offices in West Virginia were outraged at the procedure and behavior of the court. Law offices in other states laughed and said, “That’s West Virginia for ya! Crooked as hell and always has been!”

At first the Calhoun County Special prosecutor Gerry Hough wanted to blame everything on APRIL McCroskey, in this high profile criminal case involving two people charged with seven felonies and a misdemeanor, who were employed in trusted public positions in Calhoun County.

Hough stated in court that, “McCroskey conspired with Bandy for treasure,” indicating it was for her, “personal gain,” showing clear INTENT which is a key element in any theft case.

Hough wanted to take his vengeance out on APRIL talking about her like a dog! And is willing to just make it all go away for former Chief Deputy Ron Bandy. How many times do we have to watch this vicious and manipulated bullshit from Gerry Hough?

Vengeance [is] mine… saith the Lord. The Lord claims it as his prerogative to avenge what needs to be avenged.

When we do it, we trample on the divine rights!

Since men became enemies to God, they have been very ready to be enemies one to another. And those that embrace religion, must expect to meet with enemies in a world whose smiles seldom agree with Christ’s. Recompense to no man evil for evil. When we think of fall and back to school we often reflect on the fun we had in the summer and the relatives that came to visit. This story was given a brief mention by the CalPatty Press, but Reeny refused to report on the story, by responding with a very loud EWWW!

In fact we were just going to let this one go until we found out via connections at the regional jail that booked the inmate– that this person is related to a well known member of the Crooked County Elite!

What wonderful news, now this true story can be told!

Christopher Bagwell in WV Regional Jail Orange related to Crooked County Elite!

Christopher Bagwell, (above) a 26-year-old West Virginia man was arrested after breaking into home, and then having sex with home owner’s dog crooked county style!

Bagwell allegedly broke into a home (hey just like APRIL McCROSKEY AND RON BANDY) but unlike April and Chief Deputy Ron Bandy raped an Australian shepherd/border collie mix dog. The owner was away at work, according to a witness’ report.

The witness, Sierra Hayhurst, arrived at the house on the afternoon of July 8th to return items she had borrowed from the owner. She claims that while standing in the doorway, she spotted the suspect having sexual intercourse with the male dog, which “was making an awful sound.”    arrrrgghhh!

She then shouted at Bagwell, calling him a “sick bastard” until he pulled up his pants and dismounted the dog. He then started toward her in a threatening manner, according to police reports.

“His pants were down around his ankles and the dog was making an awful sound,” stated the witness in the arrest complaint.   arrrrgghhh!

At this point, Hayhurst called the local PO PO , who soon arrived and promptly arrested Bagwell on felony burglary and animal cruelty charges. Police allege Bagwell also damaged property in the home while looting it for an undisclosed reason, besides having a rather darkened and smelly penis at the time of his arrest.

Bagwell was booked into the local jail but was  quickly bonded out by a member of the oh so cool pieces of shit that really run this Crooked County !!

Travesty of Justice Case headed to US SUPREME COURT

A case that has been in the WV court system since 2004… has finally worked it’s way out of the infamous Crooked County… down to Washington DC where it will be heard before the Supreme Court!

A motley cast of characters… and a” Who’s Who of Lawyers,” have either consulted on this case, or currently represent the defendant in one form or another. The attorney hired as a consultant in February of 2006 practices in New York and Ohio, another attorney, Shannon Norvalle, from Los Angeles, California, correctly predicted the current outcome, making a early prediction, as early as March of 2006 “… the case would go all the way to West Virginia’s Supreme Court!”

The beautiful Shannon was correct, as the case was heard on the 19th of September 2007. Exactly 5 years and 8 months after Gerry Hough became involved.

“This case may be one of the most expensive cases in Crooked County history and it has been confirmed by the top Lawyers in the nation ” … it should have never been brought before the courts!”

Meaning, in actuality ,the state had no case, just a “hard on” for the defendant!

Thanks Gerry, why don’t you get your ass back on that Kibbutz in Israel and wash some more dishes, it will save us all a lot of money!

Private investigators also have revealed some specific information on this case, after they looked into it, in the fall of 2004. Also, in the summer of 06, an astute attorney, Roger Williams, called the Gilmer County Court house on some fact finding missions, to confirm statements made by the judge at sentencing, and discovered that– This case had become knee deep in misconduct, which included…. names known all to well to us, here at the Cal Patty Press!

They are all straight out of Crooked County!

No Surprise there!

Some of the most compelling evidence we found, involving this case, is the “Secret Tape” that proves beyond any doubt whatsoever that, ” Marilyn Matheny the States Expert Witness” lied to a grand jury, and lied during the Crooked County trial!

Here is the transcript of that tape that proves it all…. as the real expert from “Lemon Equipment in Parkersburg tells the truth!”

“State Witness Marilyn Matheny lies and says junk equipment worth $2498.00 …gets innocent man indicted on Felony charges!”

After GERALD B HOUGH and MATHENY are busted for presenting false value to a GRAND JURY they reduce the value to $1100.00 just over FELONY LEVEL and file new indictment.

…SO HOUGH and Matheny lied twice to a Grand Jury!

SECRET TAPE Implicates Prosecutor and Marilyn Matheny for FALSE TESTIMONY to GRAND JURY!

John was the real, “Expert” on value of equipment, at one of the largest Farm equipment outlets in West Virginia, dealing in new and used equipment!

Matheny was paid a lot of Money by Hough… and the state to tell lies!

This “Secret Tape” proves it!

For a defendant to WIN in the West Virginia Supreme Court is a rare occurrence ! You have about as much chance of winning in the Supreme Court as an NFL team does in getting a shot at the SUPER BOWL! First, of course, you have to win a few play off games. As earlier reported, the “Travesty of Justice” case, WON the first round in November of 2006 and won the second round in January of 2007!

Round Three.. came to a vote of 3 to 2 with Justice Starcher and Justice Albright voting in the defendants favor mentioning his defense counsel F JOHN OSHOWAY should be sited for ineffective assistance of counsel for tossing the Gilmer County Circuit Court case when it could have easily been won.

The State Attorney General  prosecuted the “Travesty” case as Hough had been excused! Is it because the state can’t trust him to win… because he is a dishonest lawyer?

The defendant remained calm at trial, in spite of Judge Richard (Dick) Facemire reading hate letters, (from the defendants X-girlfriend and his cousin that was now having a sexual relationship with his X-and how fricking West Virginia is that?!) against the Laws and procedure of the state of West Virginia. Also in spite of the fact… FACEMIRE called the defendant despicable at sentencing, February 27th, 2006

What this reporter finds amusing is the judge couldn’t even pronounce despicable correctly! It is pronounced des-pi-kuh-ble NOT- DIS SPIC A BLE. (taped in secret!)

The contemptible, loathsome and reprehensible speech from “Facemire” during the sentencing was completely omitted from the court record! That’s right. Kelly White must have felt that that she needed to cover for the judge as stated by a well known West Virginia attorney!

BILL MARTIN represented the defendant for much of 2004 and arranged an interview with, “JOHN” from Lemon Equipment. This interview was set up via telephone from Martins office. This interview took place in September of 2004. Marilyn Matheny rudely breaks into the interview in which JOHN was involved in identification of equipment and giving his expert opinion of values.

The defense had every right to conduct this interview and it was WRONG of Matheny to be involved. Although it was not known to Bill Martin at the time that Marilyn Matheny was a witness for the state, Matheny knew it and was a total hindrance to the investigation. This hindrance issue, may come up at a later date and possible civil action against Matheny for providing false testimony regarding the value of equipment in question. JOHN-Lemon Equipment: NO You’re lookin at it at the present time.

Marilyn Matheny: Couldn’t be, the court hearing is this tuesday.. it’s the same equipment, how come you got pictures that are different than what I got?

Mathenyis UPSET because now it can be PROVED that she and GERRY HOUGH gave the Crooked County Grand Jury FALSE VALUE for the BRUSH HOG as.. the price given to the Grand Jury was $485.00!

John said $100.00 Marilyn LIED and so did prosecutor Gerry Hough to a GRAND JURY!

They LIED about the Cultivator too!! HOUGH said $398.00 real price $50.00

Matheny and HOUGH lied about the value of all the equipment!

HOUGH and Matheny had someone arrested on Grand Larceny charges when it was…

Further that person was held on a bail of $250,000.00 for rusted farm equipment! The Brush hog was not in the least bit functional!

One quarter of a million dollars bail… so the seasoned veteran broadcaster that was starting his new RADIO SHOW at KBED 102.9 FM 2-7 pm could not start the new show that was just days away!

Hell.. Marilyn doesn’t even live near the Crooked River!

Martin planned on being there himself, but couldn’t make it at the last minute. Bill Martin heard this tape and was sent a digital version of this same interview.

At the end of the HIGH QUALITY AUDIO FILE, Matheny loses her cool and yells and screams and gets GERRY HOUGH on the phone. She threatens JOHN with court and he says he would rather GO TO JAIL then go to court.

John Oshoway was the defense trial counsel for the “Travesty of Justice” case which is the subject of the above article.

Bill Martin did all the leg work, and tapes are legal and can be used in court in WV!

Oshoway did NOT use this tape at trial! When asked why, he had no answer!

The investigative attorney hired after Oshoway showed up LATE to the second day of trial feels strongly that Oshoway decided to throw the case for the prosecution. A serious ethical breach and several other Attorneys agree!

It was revealed recently the defendant desired to FIRE F. JOHN OSHOWAY the second day of trial for not objecting to Hough’s lies to the jury!

The defendant was told by one of West Virginia’s top trial attorneys, “You should have fired him, my mother could have defended you better at trial!”

All three Felony charges brought at trial were defeated!

However, a misdemeanor conviction and subsequent sentence was arranged due to “Home Cookin” from Crooked County!

“The experts said they(HOUGH-OSHOWAY-FACEMIRE)) had a year jail sentence planned all along, for farm equipment that can now be proved was heirship property…right from the start!”

“The only crime that occurred, was the Crime HOUGH CREATED!”

So therefore there was No infraction of any kind!

This entire indictment was bogus and that is a Criminal infraction by the CROOKS from CROOKED COUNTY that live next to the CROOKED RIVER! If Hough and Facemire are really the Lawyers they pretend to be, they should have been educated to West Virginia Law!

Certain facts of this case will show that HOUGH and FACEMIRE will have NO IMMUNITY in this court case!

That is a RARE situation indeed!

Roger Williams served as a prosecutor for 17 years before becoming a defense counsel in Charleston, discovered after asking Courthouse employee’s that were present at sentencing if the Judge Richard (Dick) Facemire called the defendant “despicable” at sentencing ! Many confirmed this indeed happened, but the court reporter KELLY WHITE left it out of the sentencing transcript that was purchased for 1600 dollars for study by attorney Jefferson Triplett of Elkins, WV!

Calhoun County attorney F John Oshoway was defense trial counsel in Circuit Court. All of the experts concur, that Calhoun County attorney F John Oshoway brought forth a very poor defense!!

In the “Travesty Case” that was an initial Felony indictment in March of 2003, born from charges entered in January of 2002, the experts say what it all boils down to is…

“Charges should have never been brought in the first place!”

The defendants NY consultant is extremely upset, as he states emphatically, his client was “… drug across state lines in chains, for what at most was a misdemeanor charge, of which he was totally innocent of anyway…and can prove it!”

This “secret” attorney feels firmly it is just another 1983 civil rights violation of which he has a similar case in NY. In that case his client was on National News after being incarcerated for a crime that never happened.(Violation of a federal statute may also give rise to liability under 42 U.S. §1983 ) Two witnesses in the NY case finally admitted they lied. One was bribed for the lowly price of a pack of cigarettes.

In this instance, in Crooked County WV, it is a similar situation, only it had to be proved via documents of title and tax records. Hough’s misconduct also regarding the case to be heard before the US Supreme Court has crossed the line of immunity due to the malicious prosecution and the fact that he knowingly presented false evidence to a Grand Jury and a trial jury as well.

Gerry of course convinced the jury that she owned 1/6 and then convinced the jury that the defendants family only owned 1/6 and 1/9 while tax documents revealed that they paid taxes on 3/6 which equals 1/2 of 155 acres of surface property near the Calhoun County line.

Gerry Lied to the trial jury and he lied to a Grand Jury not once, but twice!

Hough adds two more felony charges involving Timber cut to pay taxes in 2005!

Only “… the lie cost a little more than a pack of cigarettes as that witness was paid over $700 for that lie on the stand!” That same witness was caught in a lie on the stand saying she had not been paid money for TIMBER. The defense produced two 500 dollar money orders sent to the lying Lesbian witness for the state dated for the date in question of May 2002 for Timber cut to pay for property taxes on the farm.

“…That witness should have been impeached on the spot, but not in Crooked County Circuit Court!”

Investigators have asked Crooked County Circuit Court Clerk, LAME SMITH, for a copy of the evidence provided by the defense, so it can be included in a report to the US dept of Justice, but he has refused to provide the document.

It is further revealed the family now claims that they had already paid the taxes once before they became delinquent in 2002 and the records recently surfaced to prove this true. They are now certain that MICHELLE DAWN ROSE also took a $4, 445.00 from them and pocketed the money, which is what prompted the circumstances for cutting the timber in the first place.

In Circuit Court testimony in Dec of 2005 a witness for the defense stated she thought she paid the out of state property taxes and Hough jumped all over the witness and said, “How can you think you paid them!” ” As it turns out the testimony was correct!”

What really happened is that they were paid. Rose took the money, said the taxes weren’t paid and billed them again, prompting an emergency cutting-of-Timber, before the farm was lost.

Unfortunately, the farm had to be sold to pay for the five lawyers and two consultants that worked on the defense “… and lets not forget the 43,2oo dollar misdemeanor cash bail!”

You notice how when cops get in trouble they can rack up 8 felonies but the bail is only 1000 bucks! Just like Mickey Kendall!

After the “Travesty of Justice” case was successfully dismissed by defense trial counsel BILL MARTIN in OCT of 2004, Gerry thought he would try again, so made up so more charges and it was on again by 2005.

Gerald B Hough committed more misconduct in this one case than anyone can believe since the “Ron Bandy” trial.

Wonderful blast from the past…and yes the “Travesty” case went to WV Supreme court and won the first two rounds 3 to 2 but Justice Benjamin changed his vote on the final argument to 3 to 2 sending the case to the federal courts. Many feel that Justice Benjamin’s vote was political since the court was split over the Massey coal case and if had not changed his vote the hammer would have immediately come down on Judge Richard A. Facemire– Facemire would have had three cases reversed in a very short amount of time; an indication that he should be removed from the bench for his misconduct. Also Gerry Hough would have been put in the spot light for his misconduct, but now that the case in question is in a high federal court and more grounds of misconduct have been brought to the attention of federal authorities ! Now, after six years of fighting in the highest courts the awful truth is being revealed to the public via the court record.

The United States Supreme Court castigated Justice Benjamin recently for taking over 3 million from Massey Coal CEO Don Blankenship and then casting the deciding vote in Massey coals favor saving them over 70 million in a law suit.

The only people that would have any money would be the local elite that are all in bed with each other. We don’t need to go down the long list of names now, because we even have to deal with the dirty rottens son’s of bitches ourselves sometimes.

The way they make their money is putting all the young white people in jail for the least little thing, and if they don’t find something, they will just make something up…just so long as they keep the jails full and the money coming in from doing just that.

The number one industry in WV is the prison and jail system and Glenville has bought into that whole operation. Lil Tampon Tashua is their girl, trained proper the local elite way. She will definitely play ball, but we don’t want to be on that team.

Without the prison and jail system, the state of WV and the county of Gilmer, along with the little city of Glenville all would be broke as hell!

Everyday is Martin Luther King day in Crooked County!

Public pressure works. In response to a flood of outrage from a large number of vocal citizens, West Virginia legislators have expressed concern and are taking under consideration, the suggestion that an ad hoc committee be set up to investigate claims of rampant corruption in the state’s judiciary.

Representatives of the people of WV recently stated they will not hesitate to do what is right and charge, impeach and jail dirty judges in the West Virginia’s circuit courts.

Recently several state legislators were picked at random and read and heard proof provided by a digital file that accompanied a letter that displayed for the reader that 14th district Circuit Court Judge Richard A Facemire certainly called a defendant in a Gilmer County Court Room despicable. The audio file that accompanied a redacted court record, proved beyond any doubts that Facemire made false statements to the WEST VIRGINIA JUDICIAL INVESTIGATION COMMISSION in a 14 page letter filed January 8th 2008. Then, had his court reporter change the court record and omit his off color comment. However, the specially produced digital file did not lie and Facemire is heard clear as day calling the defendant despicable.

It also proved that the Judicial Investigation Commission of West Virginia is about worthless… for the fact they did not even investigate the allegations against Facemire.

Several representatives expressed concern that laws were broken and that certain state agencies are assisting in the misconduct.

In the letter to WV State legislators, which was presented by a professional lobbyist, simple statistics showed that the Lawyer disciplinary board has taken action in only 2% of the complaints that were filed. And only .08 % in the last three years, when the complaint came from a common citizen.

Absolutely pitiful statistics!

Those figures show the organization to be a complete failure.

The Judicial Investigation Commission was accused of a cover up in the case presented.

It’s about god damn time to ask for some help with all of our problems here in WV!

Can the KKK help us with our runaway pill problem- that has spread among our own friends and family members? Even people that never fucked up before, that have good jobs and are good people are all getting jacked behind a serious prescription drug problem!

Many of the people sent to prison are still in jail and will do the majority of their sentences in jail because the prisons are full!  The jails are full!

And they just keep putting more and more of us in jail! WHY? Because it makes them money!

After a Friday afternoon meeting of concerned individuals; facts revealed that there is a possibility that the Gilmer County jurors in the Travesty case may have their verdict tossed out!

FACTS of jury tampering and illegal activities by GERALD B HOUGH have surfaced and all of the details have been compiled to deliver to the proper authorities for possible law action.

A question was asked about the cost of the Travesty case that has been in WV courts since 2003 and has garnered the support of Justice Albright and Justice Starcher who seem to agree that the dirty dozen, from Gilmer County convicted an innocent man. Or at least they both feel the case should have never been brought–and that at the most the situation was a civil matter.

During jury deliberations GERRY HOUGH was in and out of the jury room  which certainly raised some eye brows at the Friday meeting.

During deliberations? … isn’t that cheating!

Calhoun County ATTORNEY F JOHN OSHOWAY was the defense counsel on the case and has been the subject of much criticism from the consultants currently working on the case.

Some of the best and most astute attorneys worked on this case after Oshoway bungled it completely.

In fact Justice Albright was concerned that Oshoway did not provide an adequate defense and stated so during his published opinion delivered to the West Virginia Supreme Court.

We heard that the proper attorney to bring law action against Calhoun County resident F John Oshoway has been shopped for seven months.

An attorney now may have been found to bring action against Oshoway and several Calhoun County residents that are accused of witness perjury during the proceedings of the Travesty Case which was heard in Gilmer County Circuit Court all of 2004 and all of 2005. The three felony charges were defeated at trial. The defendant was found guilty of a time barred misdemeanor that was manipulated into a lessor included offense.

….meaning that if the defendant was arrested on the ACTUAL charge that he was convicted of –the charge would have been time barred (statute of limitations) which means there could have been no arrest.

How HOUGH convicted an innocent man was that he over charged a blown out of proportion situation to a FELONY level.

Hough did that by lying about the value of used farm equipment. He said the Brush hog below with a broken drive and rusted parts THAT DID NOT WORK along with a boom pole and potato plow attachment was worth $2500. He stated this as fact to a Grand Jury and a trial jury, but never showed the jury the actual equipment. Hough had a man extradited over the false value. The real value according to Certified Appraiser of Lemon Equipment listed all at 390.00 in scrap metal, that is testimony on tape to be brought against Gilmer County and Hough in Civil Law Action pending.

How pathetic!  This criminal intent by Hough will most likely be following him around for years to come.

Complaints were made about Houghs illegal and uncouth activity, but the Lawyer disciplinary board said the complaints made against Hough were time barred!

How mother fucking ironic!

That’s right the Lawyer disciplinary board did not disagree that Hough committed an act to have his ticket pulled or some other punishment. They simply stated that time of the infraction was time barred.

Well since the case was in circuit court  in  03 04 05 and 06 then WV Supreme Court in 06 and 07 and now in Federal court in 08 and 09–then the disciplinary board said too much time had gone by to file an official complaint against HOUGH for lying to a grand jury and a trial jury.

The problem with THE JUDICIAL HELL HOLE here in WV truly starts in the lower courts.

Much has been learned about the Modus operandi of the misconduct of public officials.

When you have Crooked Court Clerks like Lame Smith that work hand in hand with crooked Judges like Facemire and down right pieces of shit like Gerald B Hough–then certainly a problem exists.

When you have seen the Crooks from Crooked County that live next to the Crooked River in action, then you know better how to fight them in court.

All of the misconduct revealed about the A team players in Crooked County has been shared–and that is why Johnny Richards asked that HOUGH and FACEMIRE be recused from his case.

I am sure both bastards have denied any wrongdoing, but it can be proved in a court of law that they both certainly stooped to the lowest levels of hell and Houghs favorite home of Dantes Inferno!

We ask a federal attorney about how much the Travesty case has cost local tax payers and the answer was “…at least a half-a-million dollars!”

Jim….Deputy Jim…..Jimmy Moss his wife works for me!

Well we at the CPP have to take issue with the fact that another Moss, JOHN MOSS illegally shut down the timber operation that was legitimate and deemed so, by a court of law–but brought an illegal arrest and extradition anyway!

Not only did Glenville police Chief John Moss shut down the operation illegally, but the 4 loads of Timber on the ground were stolen shortly after and the defendant never recouped the loss of about $4,000 dollars.

The city of GLENVILLE  had no fucking business shutting the operation down, let alone stealing the four loads of timber on the ground! The operation was legal, but they just went on someone’s word without checking the deeds and titles at the courthouse, because that is how they do it in Crooked County!

MOSS is accused of perjury in the Richards case. I think we helped on that one. We found out the dude was crooked as hell from pouring through the files of the Travesty case and shared the information.

We figure MOSS is responsible for the missing timber and collection of the cash value.

So GOLDIE Jarvis from Normantown played ball with the crooks right from the sound of the start gun.

Then we have another member of the dirty dozen PEGGY MOORE who owns the Common Place Restaurant home to all the Crooks from Crooked County. Her son worked for Central Regional Jail as a Corrections officer!  This juror should have dismissed from the get-go! In fact that matter was at issue in the WV Supreme Court.

Oshoway as defense counsel should have immediately struck this juror from the list. Should have been his first strike, but obviously Oshoway was absent that day of Law 101.

Betty Anderson many may know from Glenville elementary and a Mountaineer parent is another member of the dirty dozen– so when you see her and you realize other public concerns are not met, because the big bucks were blown out the ass of Crooked County…just say thanks…BITCH!

Lets not forget about Catherine Skeen or Freddie Lowther of Flying Plastics PVC another member of the dirty dozen--and his gay pal Christopher Moyers…both were practically holding hands through two days of a courtroom circus according to eye witness accounts!

Don’t forget about RUTH HODGE of Stumptown! She believed the lies Hough told the jury at the closing argument!  Even though Hough misled the jury with facts that were not previously mentioned in the courtroom before closing arguments.

The conduct in the lower courts is beyond atrocious and with no talents like Oshoway and Crooked Judges like Facemire it just goes on and on!!

It is believed by professional investigators that Michele Dawn Rose took the tax receipts from the defendants family that forced them to timber the property to pay the taxes plus 2,000 in fines.

So they steal your tax money in Gilmer County, then fine you, then try to take your land and auction it, then when you timber the property to pay for the taxes you already paid for they arrest you and that is what happened in the Travesty case.

BAD COP Shane Dellinger was sentenced by Judge Richard Facemire on multiple felony counts of falsifying time slips related to services being provided by a government DUI grant.

Those falsified entries allegedly resulted in the officer getting paid for hours that he did not actually work. A double dip bitch from fraud.

He will spend 60 days in Central Regional Jail and two years on home confinement. He was also given five years probation and ordered to make restitution, assigned to community service and required to take drug and alcohol testing.

The CalPatty Press broke the story about the latest misconduct by Gerald B Hough Gilmer County Prosecutor involving the Crooked County Circuit Court Case of the Lone Meth Ranger!

The CalPatty Press has published documents that show that HOUGH actually tried to hire Richards attorney, so that the attorney would have a conflict and not be able to represent John Manis Richards aka The Lone Meth Ranger!

Documents also show that Hough conspired with Gilmer County Circuit Court Clerk David Lame Smith to commit a crime by suppressing evidence!

The court documents show that the transcript tapes prove Glenville Police Chief John Moss lied (testi-lied!)during the preliminary hearing( which are always held to see if there is enough evidence to have the case bound over to circuit court) Gilmer County is known to lie their little asses off at this stage of court proceedings. This case was no different!

You see this is how Gilmer County does it!

It is all about the misconduct in the lower court that happens right from the start gun! Then you can be held up in Supreme Court trying to exhaust grounds of misconduct and some of the misconduct is not allowed because it was found out about too late.  It will be two more years and hundreds of thousands of tax payer dollars all over again for a couple of dishonest losers like HOUGH and LAME SMITH that are going to lie and cheat and win at any cost. Even the cost of Justice! Which by the way they could care less about.

This time Hough broke the law! He had LAME SMITH HIDE THE TAPES that show that states witnesses are all guilty of testilying!

Now because they destroyed (they say lost) the evidence and are suppressing it on purpose, they feel it will cover up their crime.

Hough by the very documents presented in the Cal Patty Press article mentions that Richards attorney should have taken notes besides the tapes at the hearing….

WELL HOUGH DESTROYED THE NOTES by having Richards attorneys’ office burned down!

As you can see by the burned out shot above Hough covered his bases!

Hough tried to cover his ass, but the evidence is starting to mount against him and Justice Starcher will hopefully be able to see that Hough is indeed dishonest and as far as we are concerned here at the mighty CCC…Hough is a criminal!
